It was an early morning at the Piazza.  The sun had not yet come completely over the mountain and there was a pale gray sky. Construction workers had not arrived and birds were chirping, adding to the serenity of this timeless place in El Paso, Texas. There is one ground floor unit left.  Come visit today.
